Create a team, then assign people and repos. One team can own many of each.

Aim for under 10% unassigned so Overview and Attention stay trustworthy.
Create a team
Teams become the invite list and the Team column below.
People
Edit the Team column, then Save once.
Repos
Assign each connected repo to a team (same names as Projects in reports). Connect repos under Integrations.
Advanced: rules, CSV, sync, archive, merge
Map by email domain
e.g. map acme.com to Platform.
Add mapping rule
Lower priority number wins when multiple rules match.

Pulls org team memberships into the cache used by github_team rules.

Merge duplicate people
